Beet Pickling Recipe

1:1 Ratio White Vinegar/Water (or cooking liquid)
Salt
Garlic (optional)

Method:
Bring ingredients to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add to chopped boiled beets, refrigerate.

- For 2 packs (2x500g) boiled beets I used:
1.5 cups Water
1.5 cups Vinegar
2 tbsp. Sea Salt
3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
