Overnight Oats

Base:

1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Plant Milk
1 tbsp Date Paste mixed in (optional)

Recipes:

Frozen Cherries
Banana (chopped)
Cinnamon for sprinkling on top

Put in the fridge overnight or room temperature for 2 hours, add chopped banana and cinnamon just before eating.

Grated Apple

My Breakfast Mix:

1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Soya Milk
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Frozen Strawberries
Frozen Wild Blueberries
Fozen Cranberries
Frozen Cherries

Ripe Banana
Cinnamon 

Date Paste/Maple Syrup to taste

Seedless Grapes
Nectarine
Peach (didn't enjoy canned)
Pear
Kiwi
Stewed Apples
