Orzo

Ingredients:

250 g orzo (1/2 pack)

1 stock cube 

1/2 tsp coarse salt (optional)

Optional, but recommended:

Small frozen veg 

Cooked beans (frozen or canned).

Instructions:

Rinse orzo 3 times, like rice. 

Boil in water with the added stock and salt.

When half way cooked add small frozen veg and cooked beans. This helps limit the clumping together of the orzo once cooked.
